Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Place your item in its original cotton bag and sturdy cardboard box to ensure it stays clean and protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
